At the Summit, about 25 CEOs, CTOs, GMs, and other C-level executives present typically 30-minute briefings to about 50 members of the international media, in a completely public forum. The Globalpress Summit is ideal for positioning high-tech companies’ leadership globally without travelling thousands of miles.
euroasiaPRESS 1:1 is a private conference; each company meets with the group of media for as long as they book – typically about 1 - 2 hours. The total conference can accommodate only 12 companies and up to 20 media. The more intimate, in-depth, one-on-one setting of euroasiaPRESS 1:1 allows high-tech companies to present deeper dives into their technologies, products, and strategies.
Q: Why did you choose to combine Europress and Asiapress reverse press tours into this new euroasiaPRESS 1:1 conference?
A: Ten years of successful Summit conferences show that 90% or our sponsors need to reach media in both Europe and Asia. Combining both regions into a single conference, hosted here in Silicon Valley, saves companies time and money.
Q: Why will you no longer bring editors to company headquarters?
A: In the past 10 years even companies with spacious headquarters facilities have chosen to meet with international media in an off-site location, either for security reasons or to save the cost and hassle of setting everything up internally. It is often cheaper and much easier to use a hotel and let Globalpress do the logistics.
Q: What if we want to host the editors at our headquarters?
A: We can still accommodate visits to company headquarters, but the sponsorship cost will increase because of extra time for transport.
Q: What is the sponsorship cost for a press briefing at euroasiaPRESS 1:1 and what is included?
A: Like all our conference sessions, euroasiaPRESS 1:1 is customized and tailored to individual companies’ needs. Our turn-key sessions all include a meeting room, basic AV, media contact information, profiles, clip reports, and of course the right international media to brief.
Q: Should our company attend the Summit or euroasiaPRESS 1:1 or both?
A: It will depend on your company’s specific international PR and business goals. We are offering now a subscription model. Companies commit to both our conferences which makes planning and budgeting much easier.
